2015 Registration

If you have questions, email us at  Registration is done online at website.

The season starts March 1st and runs through June. Games and practices will be at St. John of the Woods field.

We are also looking for quality managers and coaches for the season.  If you are interested in either, please contact us via e-mail.

Questions about baseball bats have been many.  In 2012, BBCOR rules were adopted. If you are considering a bat purchase or if you just have questions about bat rules and policies, please read the MBR Bat policy here. This is taken directly from the Babe Ruth HQ website.

The bat may not exceed 34” in length, and the bat barrel may not exceed 2 5/8” in diameter. All aluminum/alloy barrel bats and all composite (handle only) aluminum/alloy barrels are allowed. Only composite barrel bats certified and marked BBCOR .50 will be allowed. Wood barrel bats conforming to the specifications of Official Baseball Rule 1.10 are allowed.

 Volunteers Needed:

We are always in need of adult help within the league. We need coaches and administrative help as well as field prep and equipment help. If you are able to help or know someone that can help as a manager or assistant coach, or if you have administrative skills or can help in any way, please let us know at

If you have a player who is 5-12 years old, Cal Ripken is the Babe Ruth affiliate for that age group. Please visit or e-mail the President at

WELCOME 13 year olds who have recently graduated out of the Cal Ripken portion of your Babe Ruth career! (If you played elsewhere you are also welcome!)

Midland Babe Ruth League would like to invite you to come play on the full 90' diamond. You will start in our "Junior Babe Ruth" program which is for ages 13-15 (available now). If you choose to continue, you’ll round out your Babe Ruth Baseball experience in our 16-18 “Senior Babe Ruth” division (coming soon).  We would love to have you and your family be a part of our growth.

Our price structure and philosophy is similar to what you have been used to in Puyallup Cal Ripken (an affordable, competitive and educational alternative), and there are several familiar faces involved with the league and on our teams. Some of our athletes also play on their school teams as well as with our league - there is some flexibility with our program.

For more information, take a look around this website. If you still have more questions, feel free to contact us at
